At Furrlab, we stand behind every product we sell. If you or your pet are not completely happy with your FurEase Brush, we will make it right — no complicated processes, no hassle.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused or faulty. We do not require you to return the product in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

Simply contact us at our Contact page within 30 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return or refund request
  • A photo of the product if it arrived damaged or faulty

We will respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

Refund Options

Once your request is approved we will offer you one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement sent to your address
  • Store credit for a future purchase

The choice is always yours.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You will not be required to return the item.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a fault on our end — damaged, defective, or wrong item — we cover all costs. If you are returning for a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to process refunds for items that have been lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, or for change of mind requests made after 30 days of delivery.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
